Kareena Kapoor to flaunt abs in ‘Shuddhi’?

That’s what the buzz is! Kareena Kapoor is said to be going for sleek, toned abs in her forthcoming film Shuddhi. After size zero, the fitness-freak might just start another trend by sporting a lean muscular look with abs.

It’s learnt that as soon as the actress completes promoting her next Gori Tere Pyaar Mein, she will start preparing for her role in Shuddhi, starring Hrithik Roshan opposite her. From November onwards, Kareena Kapoor will be training in martial arts for her role as the shooting commences from December. 

Since the actress will play a tough lassie and will be doing a lot of action scenes, an athletic body will suit her character. It’s even being said that Kareena Kapoor will flaunt six-pack abs. 

Producer Karan Johar is quite excited about Shuddhi as it brings back the hit pair of Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor on celluloid after a hiatus of ten years. Karan has already announced that the movie will have Kareena and Hrithik in a never-seen-before avatar.

“All I can assure you is Kareena and Hrithik will be seen in a never before role in 'Shuddhi'. I know it's the most cliche line ever, but I can assure you on that,” said Karan Johar.

Shuddhi is an intense love story based on the theme of reincarnation. Director Karan Malhotra of the Agneepath fame is directing the movie.
